St. Patrick's Day Arrest: Morris Plains Man Charged With Alleged Drunk Driving
He was pulled over on Route 202.
A Morris Plains man was arrested for DWI on Thursday on Route 202 South near Gatehall Drive, according to police.
James P. Maloy, 46, was pulled over around 8:15 p.m. as a result of a traffic stop conducted by Officer Remo D'Alessandro. His car was weaving before he was pulled over, police stated.
After a brief investigation, Malay was placed under arrest and transported to Parsippany Police headquarters where he was processed before being released into the custody of a family member.
