Union Woman Nabbed on Warrant Arrest

report a Union resident was picked up in the township on outstanding warrants in the wee hours of Sunday morning.
Shannon McCartney, 28, was discovered at about 12:30 a.m. while she was a passenger of a black Toyota found by Officer Thomas Dinkelspiel in the parking lot of Lake Parsippany Park, according to police.
Police said Dinkelspiel found McCartney had two active failure to appear warrants totaling $1,000 out of Morristown and Madison.

McCartney was arrested on the warrants and placed in the custody of Morristown Police Department, police said.
