Parsippany Postpones Trick-or-Treat 'Til Friday
Mayor asks parents to keep their kids off the streets in the interest of post-storm safety.
Blaming hazardous conditions, is encouraging residents not to permit their kids to travel through township streets to trick-or-treat until Friday.
In a statement, the mayor said the aftermath of the weekend snowstorm created "extremely hazardous conditions" that "compromise the safety of our community."
With that in mind, Barberio encourages residents to postpone their children's trick-or-treat excursions until Friday.
