Who's Your Pick for GOP Presidential Nominee?

Patch wants to know which Republican you think will end up taking on the president in November.

After presidential candidate Rick Santorum's surprise hat trick, in which he scored upsets over front runner Mitt Romney in Tuesday's Colorado, Minnesota and Missouri Republican primary elections, the ever-changing race for the GOP nominations gets tougher to predict.

Is it possible for Romney to regain his former momentum? Of late, the former Massachusetts governor has been campaigning for the November general election and targeting President Obama on the campaign trail. But is this a good time for him to take attention away from battling his primary opponents, and particularly Santorum?

Former U.S. Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, who looked like a serious contender after winning the Jan. 21 South Carolina primary, suffered a big blow thanks to Santorum's wins. Say goodbye to his attempt to sell the race as one between him and Romney—clearly, the conservative Anyone But Mitt crowd is now throwing its weight behind the openly religious, publicly anti-LGBT former Pennsylvania U.S. senator. Can Gingrich surge to the front again?

And what about libertarian Republican Ron Paul? The Texas congressman, though largely ignored by mainstream media, has stayed competitive throughout, sometimes coming in second or third in primary races. Can Paul finally earn a win—or the eventual party nomination—by capitalizing on the support he enjoys from voters ranging from Tea Party members to independents to anti-Obama progressives?
