TIPS FOR A HEALTHIER YOU!

EAT HEALTHY TO BE HAPPY-People who chow down on fruits and veggies have the highest levels of happiness and mental health, according to a new study published in the journal Social Indicators Research.

Although the government recommends eating five servings a day to protect against heart disease and cancer, the study found that those who ate seven servings daily had the strongest feelings of well-being.

This is a perfect time of year to get yourself acclimated to this new behavior since there are tons of fresh fruits and vegetables available in the food stores and local markets.  Plus you can support your local gardeners.
