Back to School for Parsippany Kids

After eight days off due to Superstorm Sandy, students return to the books.

Late Wednesday, Parsippany Police made an announcement surely cheered by local parents and maybe even by some youngsters: Township public schools will reopen Thursday morning with a two-hour delay.

Barring any weather complication, students will have a full day of school on Friday. According to the district, the lunch menus served will be the ones scheduled for last Thursday and Friday.
