In order to facilitate the flow of information and to get input from groups and organizations in the community we would like to invite you to the Special Meeting of the Board of Education to be held on Wednesday, Aug. 1, at the Building, 292 Parsippany Road, Parsippany at 7:45 p.m.
The Board of Education will not be taking any action that evening. Rather, the meeting is an opportunity for the public to provide the board with opinions about the proposed options being considered. By meeting with the leadership and key communicators of groups and organizations such as yours, it is hoped that the BOE will be provided with your thoughts, ideas and input on the renovation of the high school athletic fields, and an opportunity to arrange for presentations with the membership of your organization during the weeks preceding the referendum.
The gathering will also include a brief overview of the renovation of the athletic fields and to begin discussions on how we may provide the members of your organization with the facilities needed for today’s and future children of Parsippany.
