Lake Parsippany School to Debut Inaugural Art Gallery Night
The gallery will start at 7 p.m. and is hosted by the PTA.
With math and ELA being pushed to the forefront with the new Common Core guidelines, let's not forget about the arts. To keep a spotlight on art, the Lake Parsippany PTA is organizing an inaugural event.
"Our first annual Art Gallery Night (is) on Nov. 19, 7 p.m. at Lake Parsippany School," said PTA member Diane Campbell. "(The PTA is) organizing this event to showcase the creativity and talent of our students."
She added that they hope to make this event annual and bring it back each year "to celebrate our students' hard work."
