NEW UPDATE: Schools Open Tuesday; Halloween Reschedulings
School will be back in session and Halloween events will take place at new days and times.
Parsippany public schools will be open Tuesday. District administration announced that schools will run on the usual schedule, however, children who stay at home will not be penalized for the absence.
Also announced: Monday's Halloween at the High event is rescheduled for Friday.
Many Parsippany elementary schools report that they are rescheduling their Halloween events in the aftermath of the and the decision to close district schools Monday.
