$3K Parsippany Rental for Super Bowl XLVIII

With just less than a month until Super Bowl XLVIII comes to Bergen County, residents across North Jersey are already looking to cash in.

Homeowners have been using a website called EventHomes.com to connect with well-heeled sports fans willing to fork over thousands of dollars for a place to crash when the NFL comes to New Jersey in February.

In Parsippany—23 miles from East Rutherford's MetLife Stadium—one homeowner is offering their 6,200 square foot, 4 bedroom home for $3,000 per day.

It comes with a fully finished basement with a bar and pool table and there's parking for five cars. There's also internet, cable TV, gourmet kitchen and includes daily maid service.

There are already dozens of homes listed on the website for rent during the Super Bowl, with a concentration of the listings coming from the area immediately surrounding East Rutherford.
