Basic - This class links the body in motion to the breath. Teachers will lead you through sequences to develop flexibility and strength. Modifications and hands on adjustments are provided to guide your alignment. All levels welcomed.
Open - This class is an invigorating, energetic, and expressive class that allows you to breathe and move deeper into your practice. One to two months previous yoga experience is recommended.
