In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Family Support Organization of Essex County presents "Healing and Recovery after Trauma" May 3rd, 2012; 9AM at the Metropolitan Baptist Church, BF Johnson Community Center; 149 Springfield Avenue, Newark NJ 07013.
Join us for this wonderful event designed for mental health and substance abuse professionals; school counselors, care managers, family support specialists and others who work with trauma-exposed youth, adults and families.
“This course is approved for continuing education by the National Association of Social Workers – NJ Chapter through August 31, 2012. Approval: 121801-322. Social workers will receive five (5) clinical and social cultural competence credits for participating in this course.”
