Send a Message to Parsippany's Little League Champs

Fans can connect with participants in the 2012 Little League World Series via e-mail.

Just hours after in Bristol, Conn., Sunday, the boarded a bus and headed off to Williamsport, Pa., home of the 2012 Little League World Series.

Now 1-1 at the series, following and , the team takes on its next challenger Monday in Game 3 of the international event.

The boys' rapid departure from the regionals in Bristol to Williamsport made it tough for hometown fans to talk to the players—to congratulate and stellar work behind the plate; to thank Matti, Uygun and David Ton for their solid pitching and offense throughout the regionals and so far in the World Series, or to give a hearty "way to go!" or "good luck!" to any of the others, who also showed true , in Williamsport, at the and s and all season long.

The national Little League organization knows this, and has offered a means for Joe and Jane Public to reach out and send encouraging words to the players.

The official Little League World Series website offers the “Extra Innings” E-mail Exchange. This special Web page allows you to send an individual message to this year’s teams via an online form.
