Buses Available for Fans to Attend Little League World Series

Want to see the Par-Troy East All-Stars without dealing with driving and hotels? Here's your chance.

The announced Tuesday evening that buses will be provided for area residents interested in seeing the play Friday.

PTLLE has arranged for buses to transport fans from Parsippany to Williamsport to see the team's first game against the All-Stars of San Antonio, Texas, at Howard J. Lamade Stadium.

The game is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m.

The round-trip cost is $20 per person. Payment may be made in cash at the bus, which leaves from the parking lot Friday at 10 a.m. The bus will return to Parsippany immediately after the game.

Please RSVP to Angela LaCapra via text message to at 973-637-0045. Include in the message your name and the number of seats you wish to reserve. The deadline to reserve tickets is Thursday at 8 a.m.

The PTLLE asks that reservations be honored, as they will be used to calculate how many buses to hire.

The league also stated that commemorative Par-Troy East All-Stars T-shirts will be available from Modell's Sporting Goods starting Wednesday. All proceeds from the shirt sales will go to defray the travel costs of the players' families.
