Memorial Day: Remembering Those Who Sacrificed

Every year on Memorial Day, many of you celebrate with parades and cookouts and picnics. Others additionally head to area cemeteries with flowers and flags to place at the gravesites of men and women who gave all they had and all they were to protect the nation.

Who do you remember today? What person or persons in your life answered the call to serve and made the ultimate sacrifice?

Those are the people to be honored and thanked today.
