Hopefully this election-voter year will bring hopes of Post Development phase in the vision for our Township. The promotion of Waterview by RD developer by Town Officials was quite upsetting. As Americans we should take 'pride" in our "remaining" beautiful and unique landscapes. The resource of future water quality to me was the most important additive to this attempted landscape destruction scheme, which would of benefit no one, only RD, not the community. Lots of false truths were in circulation, the most absurd was tax breaks and jobs. Although both Mayor Barberio and Jonathan Nelson are advocating for Open Space acquisition for this land it was Mayor Barberio more than anyone moved it forward in favor of RD developer, trying in the end to destroy our Master Plan. Nelson to me would be the right choice and hopefully bring a community sense of being back to a regime that favors large corporate developers over quality of life for all in this "once Arcadian place" called Parsippany, NJ. Its our Planning Board that needs to be qualified in environmental and ecological matters that threaten the community most. Enough not More Vote for Nelson.
