The appeal of living in Parsippany is the balance and coexistence of developed and natural landscapes (hence the Tree City awards). Why do we need to do anything at all? There are plenty of prime open commercial spaces in Parsippany that sit empty. Why not outfit those spaces to whatever purposes that's needed, still make money and provide jobs to the community?
