Should Parsippany Rezone Waterview?

The vote and second portion of the public hearing for the Waterview Development rezoning is set for Oct. 1. This is continued from the previous meeting due to time constraints. Patch wants to hear what you have to say about this controversial ordinance, which rezones a tract of land in the Waterview complex.
