Smokers are some of the most self-centered inconsiderate people there are. Not only is the habit unhealthy it is littering. Name one place you can go and not find cigarette buts ? They dirty every public place, park, beach. America abounds in trash and smokers are part of this stream of debris. not only do they toss their butts but empty cigarette packs. Not Smoking would be hard to enforce, but perhaps a sign would at least display some conscience and perhaps even influence a few smokers into being considerate of others. Smokers display a weakness in personality and show a lack of healthy social concern; yes, the whole world is their ash-tray.
