Parsippany's Annual Organization Meeting Set for Tuesday

With the start of a new year means new changes for Parsippany Township. Come out to the Annual Organization meeting at which new appointments will be made. It’s on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Municipal building and the agenda meeting will start immediately after.

Also on Tuesday, the Parsippany School Board will meet at the board of education building at 7 p.m. The NJASC 88th Convention is on Wednesday for both middle and high schools. 

Wednesday is also Central MS' Concert for grades 7 and 8 Chorus and grade 7 Band at 7 p.m.

Have a child that needs help reading? “Practice your reading skills by reading to a therapy dog aloud” at the Parsippany Library on Wednesday from 4 – 5 p.m. Dogs are provided by Creature Comforts.

Love cats? Head to the Sheraton Parsippany this Friday – Sunday for the Central Jersey Cat Fanciers’ 13th Annual cat show.

There will be 250 cats competing at this show and "judging will take place in seven different rings each day. This will be an opportunity to see many different breeds of cats including Bengals, Sphynx, Maine Coons, Siamese, Oriental Shorthairs, Ragdolls, Munchkins, Persians, Toygers, Savannahs, Siberians, and many more breeds.according to Susan Adler’s Patch event listing.
