I had a catalyic converter issue with my vehicle. I installed both oxygen sensors and a complete tune up to my vehicle. Then still had recieved a p420code so eventhough I didnt want to I still had a cat efficency code. I used one of there cats and after performing a drive cycle,The light came back. I was so over it because i needed to pass inspection so i brought it to another repair shop which in turn diagnosed the cat.I didnt wanna believe it but i went along with the repair. The Tech gave me the cat and say return it its only been 33 days and the cat was definately the issue. A&B policy is their parts are indestructable and they all get sprayed in the same batch. Are you kidding No return policy and asked for emission scan reports and before and after code documents, really in the auto business? Ive never seen a business act or handle their customers like that . I am really annoyed and not one of them guys to complain . $400 cat has now become $5 in scrap metal. Its a real shame this is how people do business . I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
