A Lake Hiawatha man has been arraigned on charges he distributed images of child sexual abuse over the Internet, with more than 46,000 images found on his electronic devices, according to the Department of Justice. Khalil Survey, 39, of Lake Hiawatha, was arraigned on Wednesday after previously being indicted on one count of possession of child pornography and one count of distributing child pornography. According to a release from the DOJ, special agents of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations, along with other law enforcement, seized a computer, an iPhone, and several electronic storage devices at the Morris County Community College student's home on the strength of a search warrant on Aug. 4, 2011…
