Police said a truck flipped in the express lanes of I-287 at southbound Exit 41 leading to Interstate 80 in Parsippany. The right lane was closed to traffic, causing a delay for motorists of about 10-15 minutes, according to a police statement. No one was injured in the incident, according to New Jersey State Police. Township police urge drivers to remain careful while on the roads.

An accident involving an overturned truck and two other cars at the intersection of Route 10 and Ridgedale Avenue in Hanover backed up traffic on eastbound Route 10 from Parsippany and Morris Plains around 12:30 p.m. Monday, police said. One of the drivers was taken to Morristown Medical Center by the Cedar Knolls First Aid Squad after complaining of pain, police said. The three-vehicle accident closed three lanes, which were gradually reopened until all lanes were open at 3 p.m., police said. The truck was carrying water to a construction site, and the water was pumped out of the truck and then the vehicle was removed from the scene, Hanover Police Sgt. Michael Loock said.
