Homicide Charges Latest For Morris County Man

Dover resident who allegedly struck and killed Paramus High School graduate is accused of several other offenses over a several-week span.

A Pennsylvania district attorney has charged Philip J. Cise, 47, of Dover, with homicide in the crash that killed Paramus' Gabrielle Reuveni over the summer, according to reports from NJ.com. Cise, a former Long Valley resident, was charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, and homicide by vehicle, according to NJ.com. According to the report, a blood test showed Cise had the depressant Gabepentin in his system when his truck struck and killed the 20-year old Paramus woman while she was jogging in the Poconos in July. Weeks after the crash, Cise had been transported from Somerset County Jail, where he spent several weeks relating to other incidents, to the Ann Klein Forensic Center for evaluation to determine if …

Prosecutor: Parsippany Woman Struck, Killed Man

32-year-old charged with vehicular homicide, driving while intoxicated in E. Hanover incident.

A 32-year-old Parsippany woman was charged Sunday with vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated after she struck and killed an East Hanover man and crashed into parked cars Saturday afternoon, the Morris County Prosecutor's Office said. Vanessa E. Brown was charged with second-degree vehicular homicide, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain her lane, driving with unsafe tires and driving an unregistered vehicle.
