The Municipal Alliance Committee, a township advisory committee dedicated to preventing drug and alcohol abuse and destructive decisions holds its monthly meeting Monday at 7 p.m. at the Parsippany Police Athletic League at 33 Baldwin Road. The Parsippany Planning Board meets Monday to discuss and approve (or deny) building requests with a focus on the township's Master Plan. The public is invited to attend. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. Neighbors-Helping-Neighbors, a free peer-led volunteer support group for people actively looking for work meets Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. at the Parsippany-Troy Hills Library, Lake Hiawatha Branch at 68 Nokomis Ave. in Hiawatha.
