Hey Hank, I did find out that the question is a basic yes or no to the budget, but would like your take on it. I've been doing my research and have come to see that you and I have very similar views. Any insight you can give me on the budget? My own research has rendered me undecided. I've narrowed down my vote to the final four, but am on the fence about the budget. Thanks!
