All I hear is accusations going back and forth. Maybe it's time to reject all of them and go for all new people. Do we know if we can trust any of them? Do the Democrats running have any skeletons in their closets?

I don't know about the other 2, but Calabria has 2 daughters and a daughter-in-law working as teachers in Parsippany. Another daughter is going to college to become a principle. He was planning to stick around until she graduates and Seitz was probably going to get her a job in the school system as a principal. Lets find out if the other 2 have relatives working for the Parsippany school system. Maybe that will explain why they're so supportive of Seitz. Just a thought.

He should have resigned back when everyone in town, except for the BOE members who back stabbed the taxpayers of Parsippany, were outraged about his disregard of the salary cap. Even now Seitz knows he'll lose in court and will have to accept the lower salary. He rather leave the mess he created in our town and collect his pension or have some other town pay him for his services. It's all about him. We still need to vote out Mancuso next year for the trouble he caused in this town. We'll find a new superintendant. No one is irreplaceable.

May she rest in peace. May he never find peace. I've argued with my wife many times over the years. I could never ever think of shooting her and leaving her family all the grief that Rosaria's family is feeling now. It was a coward's act and very selfish. I can't believe he loved her so much and still would do something so heartless. Didn't he care about his children? Some people amaze me.

Congratulations to all the new BOE members. Let's hope we now have a balanced group that is not clicky and feel like they will do what they want regardless of what the people of Parsippany want. Now lets get moving with the improvement of the Parsippany school system and helping the children of this town. I want to apologize to Ms Mancuso, I thought she was related to Anthony Mancuso too. At least now I feel better.

    Ms. Orme,
I appreciate the response. The way this whole mess was handled by the BOE is what has people riled up. Pushing a new contract through without good explanations at the meetings, bullying by Mancuso towards people asking questions, not letting Seitz's contract run its course and then negotiating a new one when his is about to expire. He could then make a decision whether to accept the new salary and perks or to look elsewhere. He would have to move out of NJ because Christie's new rules covered all of this state. As you know Ms Orme, no one is irreplaceable. By the way Mancuso has to go next year. Now about Nepotism: How is it that Calabria has 2 daughters and a daughter-in-law working in the Parsippany school system with one daughter going to school to become a principal. Is Calabria hanging around until Seitz gets her a principal job? Do you know how hard it is to get a job as a teacher in any of the good school systems in NJ? He has 3 relatives that I know of working here. Coincidence?
Maybe you can fill us in on how many other BOE members have relatives working in Parsippany. How about you, any relatives?

    Ms Giercyk,
And at those meetings the majority of the taxpayers of Parsippany were against it. The BOE totally disregarded the people.

    Ms Giercyk,
If they want to reduce the speed limit on your street the town would have a hearing and the people would have their say. If the majority of the people were against it the people who proposed this would be going against the majority and therefore are at risk of being voted out. This is what the BOE did. They should be voted out. The taxpayers would be benefiting from the savings of the lower salary and Seitz would have the choice of accepting it or moving on.

    Mr. Brancato,
My problem with this is that Seitz's contract was still in effect until the following year. They wrote him a new contract 2 months before the Governor's new ruling went into effect just to beat it. At least give him the same salary, don't jack it up when everyone else is suppose to cut back. Now he's suing us. I'm still waiting for a comment from Ms Orme. Mr Brancato, we are the ones who will pay in the end.
