Sorry, my response below was in the wrong spot.
Mr X, i don't make my choices based on mailings, campaign speaches or internet rumor. I'm not afraid of being swayed by party propaganda, but rather buried by it.

Mr X - All of that only serves to show how entrenched the two party system is in American politics. As long as we're left with only two choices, dictated by the Party bosses, things will only get worse, never better.

Thanks Tushar, but if you read my response to Mr X below, I'm well aware of how it works. What I would prefer is an open primary where I could walk in and vote for which ever candidate I choose without having to declare any affiliation or change my affiliation before the next primary. More importantly, I am also saving myself from being inundated with calls and mailings full of partisan propaganda.

Mr. X - I'm not a registered to either party, what you've stated is correct, but that only works one time. In a subsequent primary election, I would have to decide which party I'm going to affiliate with and declare that change 55 days in advance.
It's a completely failed system intended only to protect the will of the Party bosses.

I don't think we'll ever see that Steve. The anonymity of the internet allows personal attacks like we've never seen before. Only a ego-maniacal person so consumed with a thirst for power could withstand what takes place in an election cycle in these times.

Any suggestions on protecting your landscaping from unscrupulous pet owners?
Nothing more fun than stepping in a landmine left by a neighbors dog or the lovely smell of cat waste in the flower beds.
