Car Flips, Rolls 50 Yards on 280

No one was injured after a Subaru rolled down a hill on Route 280, State Police said.

A Subaru heading West on 280 slammed into the median and tumbled down a hill on Saturday, according to state police officials.

The Subaru swerved and hit the center median where it flipped over and then tumbled down a hill on the side of the road, said State Police Sgt. Adam Grossman.

The car landed in the woods about 50 yards from the road, he said.

The accident occurred on Saturday near exit 1 on 280.

No one was hurt in the crash but the driver was treated by emergency personnel as a precaution, he added.

The accident is still under investigation and no charges have been filed, said Grossman.
